Before I came to Taiwan I almost always slept excatly 8 hours. Never more, never less.
Then I come here and I sleep like maybe 6 hours 7 hours, sometimes 5 hours. I dont take naps during the day. So I dont know why I have trouble sleeping. If I go to bed early I simply wake up early. And I no Im not jet lagged because I have been here for a while now. Well, I feel fine for the most part, I just want to sleep at least 8 hours just to stay healthy, but if I feel fine then I guess I should be fine. Anyone else have this same problem?
